Editorial

Overview

b1eXch positions itself as a privacy-first instant exchange for users who refuse to compromise on anonymity. The platform requires no registration, no email verification, and no JavaScript to function—a deliberate design choice that strips away every standard friction point in crypto trading. Users simply select a trading pair, review a fixed quote, send funds to a provided address, and receive swapped assets within minutes. The interface is intentionally minimal: a three-step flow of pair selection, quote confirmation, and deposit monitoring. Recent status updates from the operator indicate active maintenance of backend liquidity pools, with USDT-TRC20 added to the service roster in mid-May 2026 after a brief testing period.

The service has accumulated listings across multiple privacy-focused directories including KYCnot.me, Monerica, AntiKYC, and BitList, suggesting sustained community validation rather than fly-by-night operation. Backend liquidity was reported at approximately 100k USDT-equivalent during the TRC20 launch phase, though this figure fluctuates with demand.

Privacy & KYC

b1eXch achieves a rare L0 — Trustless classification in our framework, meaning no account creation is possible or required at any stage. This eliminates the entire attack surface associated with database breaches, regulatory data requests, and internal misuse of stored identity documents. The platform scores a perfect 100/100 on privacy metrics.

  • Zero personal data collection: No email, no phone number, no name, no address
  • IP logging status: Not confirmed; Tor access available as additional layer
  • No JavaScript requirement: Reduces browser fingerprinting and tracking vectors
  • Short order IDs: Enable session reconnection without persistent cookies

Users accessing the service through Tor benefit from an additional isolation layer, though the clearnet domain itself operates without apparent geoblocking or IP-based restrictions. The absence of any KYC tier progression means there is no "soft KYC" trap where small trades remain anonymous but larger volumes trigger verification demands.

Supported assets & payments

Our authoritative data confirms active support for Monero (XMR) and Bitcoin (BTC) as core trading assets. Fresh research from crawled pages indicates expanded functionality including ETH, USDT (multiple networks including TRC20), LTC, SOL, and DAI—though users should verify live pair availability before initiating swaps, as liquidity constraints may temporarily disable certain routes.

Community testing reports from 2026 document successful swaps across diverse corridors: SOL to USDT, SOL to XMR, LTC to XMR, LTC to ETH, LTC to SOL, USDT to XMR, ETH to XMR, and XMR to LTC. Settlement times consistently fall under ten minutes for confirmed deposits, with several users reporting sub-five-minute completion for major pairs. The platform operates on a fixed-quote model: the rate displayed at order creation locks for the deposit window, removing slippage risk during volatile periods.

Fees & transparency

Fee structure on b1eXch combines a percentage-based service charge with network transaction costs. Community reports from 2026 cite a 1% service fee as standard, plus blockchain-specific processing fees that vary by asset and network congestion. One dissatisfied user reported a $100 service fee on an unspecified swap size, suggesting either a minimum fee threshold or a misinterpreted quote screen—though this complaint appears isolated against a backdrop of positive feedback characterizing costs as "very reasonable" and "cheap."

Most verified users describe total costs as competitive for the privacy premium, with one April 2026 test documenting 1% plus $0.10 network fee for an XMR→LTC swap completed in under eight minutes.

The quote preview explicitly breaks down service fees and network fees before deposit, enabling informed acceptance. This transparency distinguishes b1eXch from competitors that bury costs in unfavorable exchange rates.

Security & custody

b1eXch employs a non-custodial architecture that minimizes counterparty exposure. User funds exist in the platform's control only during the brief settlement window between deposit confirmation and outgoing transaction broadcast—not in persistent wallets or pooled accounts. This model eliminates the catastrophic loss scenarios that have plagued custodial exchanges.

Trust indicators include operational longevity, multi-directory listings, and consistent community verification across pseudonymous forums. The trust score of 83/100 reflects strong but not absolute confidence: no exchange without public team identification or audited reserves achieves top-tier ratings in our methodology. Users should conduct test transactions and verify receiving addresses independently.

Who it's for — verdict

b1eXch serves privacy absolutists, Monero advocates, and anyone seeking to break blockchain traceability without identity exposure. The service excels for rapid, medium-sized swaps where speed and anonymity outweigh advanced trading features. It is less suitable for users requiring order books, limit orders, or fiat on-ramps.

Our 9/10 overall score reflects exceptional privacy architecture, consistent execution speed, and genuine no-KYC commitment. The deduction from perfect marks stems from limited public transparency around operational team and reserve verification—standard trade-offs in the anonymous exchange sector. For users comfortable with these constraints, b1eXch represents one of the most reliable no-KYC swap options available in 2026.

Community summary

Dread Username: BitShadow What I Tested: SOL to USDT Swap Order ID: /swap/[***************] Strengths: 1. Easy and fast swap process. No account, kyc and JS 2. Refund address adds extra safety. 3. Simple UI and low fees Weaknesses: 1.Tor version had loading issues and got stuck on verification. 2. human verification redirects led to “page not found.” 3. UI occasionally showed wrong pages (like support showing swap screen). http://eternalcbrzpicytj4zyguygpmkjlkddxob7tptlr25cdipe5svyqoqd.onion/file/cb41a1b8aab9aa10/19dbbcd5476115.webm Suggestions for Improvement: 1.Improve Tor compatibility and verification stability. 2.Fix broken redirect issues. 3.Speed up listing of coming soon assets. Privacy & Security Assessment: No account, no KYC, and no unnecessary data collection. The swap process itself is clean and private. however, tor compatibility issues can affect usability, while clearnet usage appears stable and normal. Overall Rating: [4.5/5] Summary: SOL to USDT swap worked fine, with fast processing and low fees. no signups or verification needed. however, I faced multiple UI problems on tor stuck verification screens, broken redirects, and even incorrect pages loading in support. After a few refreshes it eventually worked, and clearnet had no issues. overall still a good swap service, but tor stability needs improvement.

They charged a $100 service fee for the swap. I won’t use it again what is that large fee for?

Dread Username: epilstipus What I Tested: SOL -> XMR exchange Swap Order ID: /swap/a73904c6-3877-4*** /swap/5b38159b-11b2-4*** Strengths: 1. Extremely fast, <2 minutes to first XMR confirmation. High XMR liquidity. 2. Simple, easy UI 3. 1% exchange rate is fantastic for non-KYC platform like this Weaknesses: 1. Frankly nothing worth noting here. It's a non-KYC atomic swapper, does exactly what I want with no fluff. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Add additional currencies Privacy & Security Assessment: Tor native, easy to delete data, does not ask to use any client-side scripts. Great. Overall Rating: [5/5] Summary: This is exactly what I want from a non-KYC exchange. Standard low rates, easy to use, and extremely fast. Will be back.

Dread Username: crumbLE What I Tested: LTC to XMR Strengths: 1. Transaction is very fast, I send the LTC and after maybe few minutes, the XMR come in wallet. Is maybe 4-5 minutes total, very good. 2. Interface is clean and simple. No confusion, just select coin, put address, send. Very straightforward even if English is not good like mine. 3. No account, no KYC, no annoying verification. This is best part for me. I just use it, swap done, nobody know nothing about me. Weaknesses: Minimum is maybe little high for people who want test first time with small amount. I see $20 minimum somewhere, is okay but could be lower. Suggestions for Improvement: Maybe add instruction page for people new to privacy swap, because some people confused how it work. Privacy & Security Assessment: Everything is very privacy focus like they say. No tracking, no account creation needed. I run through Tor and JavaScript disable, everything work perfect. The short ID system is good, very simple to track swap without expose real information. Very secure feeling. Overall Rating: 4.9/5 Summary: I very happy with this swap service. Is fast, private, and simple to use like promised. The process is smooth from start to finish. If you care about privacy and want good swap service, I recommend b1eXch Exchange very much. I use again many time for sure.

Dread Username: /u/IMkamikaze What I Tested: SOL to ETH Swap Order ID: /swap/######## Strengths: 1.Swap process was honestly way smoother than I expected. Sent the SOL, waited for confirmations, and the ETH showed up pretty quickly after that. ( it's about 1 min and it was insane) 2.One thing I liked was that the status page actually updated properly in real time. I didn’t have to keep refreshing or guessing what was happening during the swap. 3.No signup, no KYC, no annoying verification steps. Just open the site and swap. That’s probably the main reason I tried it in the first place. 4.The site itself feels clean and privacy focused. Doesn’t feel overloaded with trackers or unnecessary scripts. Weaknesses: 1.Actually, I wanted to try the newly added TRC-20 chain, but it’s showing around $6 in fees. I’m guessing it’s because of the lower liquidity compared to the other pairs. Suggestions for Improvement: Add a dark mode toggle. Increase some Liquidity on TRC 20 chain. Privacy & Security Assessment: Pretty impressed overall. No account creation, no KYC, and the swap worked exactly like it was supposed to. For people who care about privacy and simple swaps, this is probably one of the better setups I’ve used recently. Overall Rating: [5/5] Summary: Went into this expecting the usual problems or delays, but everything actually worked smoothly. Fast payout, accurate rate adjustment, and no unnecessary complications. Would use it again.

Honestly, it worked really well. The swaps are crazy fast, fees are low, and the interface is clean and easy to use. I did not have to deal with accounts or KYC, which is awesome. Overall, it is a smooth, private, and trustworthy experience. Definitely recommended, and I will definitely keep using it.

Dread Username: Nullcipher990 What I Tested: LTC to ETH Swap Order ID: /swap/3f0***** Strengths: Extremely easy to use, even over Tor with JavaScript disabled. The no-account and no-KYC setup makes the platform feel genuinely privacy focused. Exchange speed was solid and the estimated completion time was accurate. The reduced fee structure for swaps into XMR is a great improvement. Lowering fees from 3% to 1% makes the service much more competitive and attractive for privacy-focused users. Weaknesses: The interface could provide more detailed status updates during the confirmation phase. Some trading pairs appear to have lower liquidity during peak usage times. Suggestions for Improvement: Onboarding guide for first-time users Lower minimum swap sizes slightly for casual users testing the platform. Privacy & Security Assessment: Strong privacy-oriented design overall. No signup requirements, no forced tracking, and Tor compatibility are major advantages. The lightweight interface and no-JS functionality reduce unnecessary attack surface and improve trustworthiness. Overall Rating: 4.8/5 Summary: Fast, privacy-focused, and simple to use. The service delivers a clean anonymous swapping experience while keeping the process efficient and beginner friendly.

Dread Username: Kaktusman2024 What I Tested: ETH to XMR Strengths: 1. Really Quick Process 2. Transparent and Simple overview during Swap 3. /Liquidity is what stood out to me because of transparent "Vault" addresses Weaknesses: 1. Difference between Sent and Receive is quite big. 2. Processing Fees way higher than on other swappers Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Make a Option to redact the "from" and "to" address (maybe small tick box). For example if we want to share a review and show everyone our order id its better if i had the option to redact the from address Privacy & Security Assessment: Usually Tor swap sites are really janky but this one is really fluid and the swapping process is really intuitive. As for data collection you dont get asked to provide anything which is perfect for a privacy focused swapper. Overall Rating: [4/5] Summary: Would definitely use again, however Trocador exchanges still have a lot better rates when looking at how much im receiving compared to how much im sending. For anyone who wants MAXIMUM privacy and can accept the tradeoff of slightly higher Fees this is perfect.

Username: /u/AequusDeal Swap: XMR → LTC The good: • Fast. Sent at 23:46 UTC, got LTC at 23:54. Under 8 minutes. • Cheap. 1% fee + $0.10 network. No hidden spread bullshit. • Works without JS. On Tor with strict settings, no breakage. Auto-refresh every 60 sec is a nice touch. The bad: • XMR 10-confirmation rule can slow things down when network is busy. Didn't hit me this time, but I can see it happening. • No Polygon or Base. Would be nice for USDC/USDT. • On mobile Tor, the FAQ accordions shift around. Annoying but not a dealbreaker. Suggestions: • More XMR liquidity for peak times. • Pin the official onion link on Dread sidebar. Phishing is real. • Add Zcash or Dash if you're serious about privacy. Privacy: No KYC, no logs, no account. "Delete Data" button actually wipes your swap history immediately. 15-day auto-purge as backup. That's better than most. Overall: 4.8/5 Verdict: Fast, cheap, private. Recommended.

Auto refreshing feature on the swap page is great 4. Fast processing, my swap was completed and hit my wallet in under 7 mins Weaknesses: None found during my testing. Privacy & Security Assessment: The technical implementation is spot on. a tor site that functions perfectly without JS is exactly what you want for maximum anonymity. the captcha is solid too. Overall Rating: 5/5 Summary: Very simple and easy to use. the fees are low, which works for me, and the overall UI is high quality. Recommended.

Weaknesses: 1.Minimum swap amounts feel a bit high for testing tiny privacy amounts. Suggestions for Improvement: 1.Introduce optional micro-swap testing mode for new users. Feels more private than most no-KYC exchanges I've used. Overall Rating: Solid 5 Summary: Reliable Tor-friendly exchange for privacy coin swaps. Fast and clean, with room to grow liquidity.

Dread Username: Moku What I Tested: XMR to LTC Strengths: 1. I like the clean and minimalist UI. It is great, very easy to work with. 2. Solid user experience overall. 3. Processing is very responsive and fast, which is a big plus. 4. Fees are low compared to most other options. Weaknesses: 1. I noticed some layout shifting on the accordions in a few pages, which slightly affects the user experience. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. I’d suggest claiming the remaining contained width to fix those layout shifts for the accordions. Privacy & Security Assessment: NO KYC, NO LOGS, NO JS, and Tor support makes the setup feel very private and secure. It’s a solid architecture for anyone prioritizing anonymity. No doubt about that. Overall Rating: 4.9/5 Summary: Overall, this is a great experience. The platform is high-performing and feels very snappy. I’d definitely recommend others give b1eXch a try. Solid service.

We don't know how b1exch was funded, but we do know it's operated by b1ack. What we also know is that "b1ack's stash" predates b1ack exchange, this post – /post/4a4f32bd7b9812f58c21 – dates back to June 2024. Before then were a couple of comprehensive guides published "A Comprehensive Guide to Carding" and "Understanding Card Checkers: A Comprehensive Guide" (/post/3103afe2ba5693580e3b and /post/5e4a42b6e08d6c9ee532), and they otherwise were active in /d/Carding, prior to launching b1ach stash (followed by b1ack exchange sometime later). This post caught my eye however (/post/1bdd851413f6766598e2) Then b1exch was launched, in January 2026 if not mistaken. Hopefully that settles the timeline here in absence of any further explanation. As long as those supporting/using this service are aware of it's operator running a darkweb market that was previously seized, then there isn't much else to add.

Hello — I'm a third party who has been following this exchange from the start, and I believe something is wrong. Everyone should know the truth about this. The Monerica team has shared a note; Kycnot.me should do the same. Note The domain name has been changed from .io to .to. It strongly appears that b1exch.io is operated by the same person that runs the notorious carding VCC shop. This isn't just some "shady but harmless" mixer – it's literally connected to active criminal shops on the darknet.| Your funds might end up funding carding operations that ruin innocent people's lives. Think twice before use.

No long delays - typical transaction time is 5-8 minutes. 3. Fees are very low (under $0.50) Weakness: 1. XMR liquidity is currently low - only a few thousand Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Increase available liquidity Privacy & Security Assessment: Maximum security: an onion mirror is available and requires no javascript Overall Rating : 5/5 Summary: b1exch provides fast , very low-cost swap services with their own liquidity and strong privacy even though the liquidity sometimes is small, swapping experience is very smooth and their UI is very usable

Dread Username: paperRONNEY What I Tested: LTC to SOL Strengths Short ID makes reconnecting and tracking easy. Extremely fast transaction speeds. Clean, user-friendly interface. Works without JavaScript. Weaknesses Minimum XMR requirement is $25, limiting small swaps. Insufficient XMR liquidity prevented a direct XMR swap. Suggestions Support micro-swaps (under $10). Increase XMR liquidity to enable direct XMR swaps. Privacy & Security Strong privacy protections and a secure swapping experience. Overall Rating: 4.8 / 5 Summary: bleXch provides a fast, private, and user-friendly way to swap privacy and other coin. Its short IDs, automated matching, no-JS design, and clean UI make reconnecting and swapping effortless, while the platform’s strong privacy protections and lack of KYC suit privacy-conscious users; main improvements needed are lower minimums (micro-swaps under $10) and increased XMR liquidity to enable direct XMR routes.

No waiting for full confirmation—send LTC immediately 3. Fees similar to other exchanges Weaknesses: 1. None found Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Just send the XMR address, and the user will send the amount they want. I don’t see the use in asking for the amount. Privacy & Security Assessment: No JS or TOR onion site makes it super easy to swap. — just go to the onion and start swapping. Strongly advise everyone: DO NOT use b1exch.to! After a short investigation, I found advertisements for this exchange directly on the darknet – specifically on Dread Forum. The owner/operator of this "crypto exchange" is the same person who runs a well known shop selling stolen VCCs (Virtual Credit Cards), fullz, dumps, databases, BIN lookup tools, and other typical carding/fraud stuff. The same nick "B1ack" is the owner of "B1ACK STASH" where he sells stolen CC/VCC and a lot more fraud stuff

Dread Username: pieceL What I Tested: XMR to LTC Swap Order ID: /swap/c5311972-4d2c-487b-9888-5b0eb82ff866 Strengths: 1. Way better than manual aggregators like Trocador — bleXch automatically finds a swap for you; all you have to do is pay. 2. New order-tracking method eliminates the need to constantly refresh the order page. 3. UI is intuitive and easy to use. 4. No JavaScript required. 5. No KYC. 6. Bonus: dark theme enabled by default. Weaknesses: 1. Minimum XMR requirement is a bit high compared to Tornado Cash. 2. Direct swaps from XMR to stablecoins are unavailable at the moment. 3. (No further weaknesses observed.) Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Lower the minimum XMR amount required for XMR → BTC and XMR → LTC swaps. 2. Add direct XMR → stablecoin routes. 3. (Consider adding optional on-screen explanations of minimums and fees.) Privacy & Security Assessment: No KYC required. I observed no tracking scripts in the network tab; the service works without JavaScript, and I found no evidence of fingerprinting or data collection. Tor support appears feasible due to the no-JS design, and overall privacy posture seems strong. Overall Rating: 4.5/5 Summary: bleXch provides a fast, private, and user-friendly way to swap XMR to LTC (and other supported pairs). Its automated matching, no-JS design, and lack of KYC make it an excellent choice for privacy-conscious users, with the main improvements needed being lower minimums and direct stablecoin routes.

I tried making a transaction again on b1exch, and now the swap process is faster than the transaction I tried before. The minimum number of block confirmations required for Bitcoin transactions has been reduced from 3 to 1, and this can further speed up transactions. Thank you.
