EditorialOverview
Servers.Guru positions itself as a privacy-centric infrastructure provider for users who need reliable hosting without surrendering personal data. Operating since the mid-2020s, the platform offers VPS plans, unmetered VPS, ARM VPS, cloud servers with dedicated CPU, and standard web hosting across datacenters in Germany, Finland, the United States, the Netherlands, and Canada. Entry-level VPS pricing starts at €4.99 monthly, with web hosting from €2.99, making it competitive against both mainstream providers and specialized privacy hosts. The company emphasizes a clear distinction: it is not bulletproof hosting, maintaining zero tolerance for illicit activity while still shielding legitimate privacy-minded customers from unnecessary data collection.
The service targets journalists, activists, whistleblowers, and ordinary users who simply refuse to link government identity to their digital infrastructure. Deployment times are reportedly under five minutes for standard VPS instances, and the provider advertises 99.9% uptime backed by DDoS protection across all plans. A recurring promotional discount—currently 30% off in Singapore and USA locations with coupon code may_30_2026 through May 31, 2026—suggests aggressive customer acquisition in competitive markets.
Privacy & KYC
Servers.Guru operates at KYC Tier L0 — Trustless, meaning no account creation is strictly required to initiate service. This places it among the most accessible anonymous hosting options available in 2026. The only mandatory contact point is an email address, used for essential communications like invoice delivery and support tickets. No government ID, phone verification, or real-name policy exists.
- No KYC verification at any service tier
- Email-only identity requirement
- Tor access available for both browsing and potentially payment flows, though the crypto payment portal itself is not onionized according to user reports
- Privacy-first policy explicitly marketed as "free value added" rather than the core product
The privacy score of 100/100 reflects this structural minimalism, though users should note the provider's stance on abuse complaints. Community feedback indicates strict DMCA compliance and instant termination for abuse violations, with no appeal process and potential forfeiture of account balances. This is a privacy host, not a lawless one—legitimate anonymity is protected, but legal exposure is not.
Supported assets & payments
The payment infrastructure distinguishes Servers.Guru from privacy-hostile competitors. Fiat options include credit card and PayPal, but the platform heavily promotes cryptocurrency alternatives. Accepted digital assets encompass Bitcoin, Monero, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT, Bitcoin Cash, and Tron—with Monero standing out as the optimal choice for users seeking transactional unlinkability. This breadth exceeds many VPS providers that accept only Bitcoin or Ethereum, and the inclusion of privacy-focused Monero aligns with the service's core demographic.
However, a friction point exists: some users report inability to pay invoices directly through certain workflows, suggesting the payment pipeline may have UX gaps despite its technical comprehensiveness. The non-onionized crypto payment portal also represents a minor operational security compromise for Tor-exclusive users, who must exit the onion routing network to complete transactions.
Security & custody
As a hosting provider, Servers.Guru operates a non-custodial infrastructure model with respect to user data—customers retain full root access to their VPS instances and bear responsibility for their own server hardening. The provider's security obligations center on physical datacenter integrity, network-level DDoS mitigation, and hypervisor isolation. All plans include DDoS protection by default, and the multi-continental datacenter footprint offers geographic redundancy options.
The trust score of 59/100—substantially lower than the perfect privacy score—likely reflects this responsibility transfer. Users must secure their own environments; the provider will not intervene in compromised instances beyond network-level abuse response. Support responsiveness appears strong, with live chat replies measured in seconds and ticket resolution under 24 hours, but this is operational support, not managed security.
Notably, the provider's strict abuse enforcement cuts both ways: while it protects network reputation and longevity, it also creates termination risk for users in contentious but legal fields. The "Nine Eyes" and "14 Eyes" intelligence alliance concerns raised by one community reviewer suggest awareness among the user base about jurisdictional exposure, though Servers.Guru does not explicitly market itself as outside these frameworks.
Who it's for — verdict
Servers.Guru serves a specific niche: privacy-conscious individuals and organizations needing standard hosting services without identity verification, who simultaneously accept terms-of-service constraints and legal compliance. The ideal user runs legitimate projects—personal websites, VPN endpoints, communication infrastructure, or business applications—where KYC avoidance is principled or practical, not evasive.
The service is not suitable for users requiring bulletproof hosting, DMCA-ignored content distribution, or dispute-resistant infrastructure. The instant-ban abuse policy and balance forfeiture mechanism create material risk for edge-case usage. Similarly, those needing domain registration must look elsewhere, as Servers.Guru does not offer this service.
For the core audience of no-KYC VPS seekers, the combination of Monero acceptance, Tor availability, sub-€5 entry pricing, and genuine L0 trustlessness makes Servers.Guru a compelling 2026 option—provided users understand the boundary between privacy and impunity, and secure their own instances competently.
Servers.Guru delivers privacy-first VPS and web hosting with zero identity verification, broad cryptocurrency support, and Tor accessibility for users who prioritize anonymity over bulletproof resilience.

★ 4.1/5 · 8 ratingsI haven’t tried this service, but after speaking with their support team, they do not ignore DMCA requests.
Pros: no KYC, crypto payments, relatively cheap. Cons: Network outages. Servers can die on you any time.
- Abuse complaints will get you instantly banned, with no option to appeal. If you had funds in balance they will be gone. - No option to pay an invoice directly e.g., $5, without refilling your "wallet" first, with sometimes 2X the cost of your service i.e., $10 top up needed, to pay a month of $5 VPS offer - essentially locking you in with bi-monthly payments for such case.
Rented their servers for over a year, no questions all good
Using it for along time. Nice VPS cost, no KYC needed, crypto acceptbl. Good service
i've been a customer of servers.guru for the past year and almost 2 years, and so far the service has always been professional, and support was always quick to respond, and competent aswell. i've prepaid the dedicated server i rent there for another year, paid in monero, no KYC whatsoever. I'd recommend their service to anyone that needs to rent servers anonymously, all good from my end.
I used this service, it was easy to use but getting SSH access was confusing. Also their crypto payment portal isnt onionized, and their onion sites they do have leak to clearnet traffic. But their overall UI is really easy to use, so 3.5 stars just because onion access is important to me and their current onions are half-assed
Pros: Good and affordable VPS cost. User-friendly control panel. Cons: Few servers. You can't buy a domain. "Nine Eyes Committee" "SIGINT" "14 Eyes" Problem
