They ask you when a reboot is needed. The fair-use bandwidth is about 20-30TB per month If you need more bandwidth you can find a compromise with the operator. Dedicated Server: You get what you pay for. You get access to a site where you can mount a rescue system. I had problems back then, no idea how it works now. You can also see the traffic statistics.
